Manuscript ready
A whole-book Developmental Review reads your manuscript end to end — gaps, repetition, structure, pacing — and you decide every change. Nothing is rewritten behind your back.

Book design
Interior typesetting, chapter openings, ornaments, front and back matter, and cover direction. You see the pages as they will print.

Publication set-up
Trim size, page count, metadata and the print-ready files, prepared with you rather than left as a technical puzzle.

Printed proof
One physical proof of the exact version you signed off is printed and posted to you. You read it on paper. Corrections go back into the book.

Book in hand
Once you approve your proof, 25 Author Launch Copies are printed from that exact version and shipped to your door in the UK or US.

What happens in the 60 days?
You move through five clear stages: manuscript ready, book design, publication set-up, printed proof and book in hand. Your Book Builder is fully unlocked for this book, and you join weekly live working Labs with Uche.
What does it cost?
$1,997 paid in full, or 2 payments of $1,097 (the second around day 30), after which payments stop automatically.
Are the 25 author copies really included?
Yes. Once you approve your printed proof, 25 copies are printed from that exact version and shipped to an address in the UK or US. There is no separate charge and no printer account to set up.
Can I order more copies later?
Yes. Further printed copies can be ordered from the same page whenever you want them, paid by card at checkout.
What happens after day 60?
Your book, your words and your files remain yours. If you want the whole Studio afterwards, it is $197 a month — opt-in only. Nobody is charged automatically.
How do I join?
Choose pay in full or two payments below and secure your place. Your place is tied to your own book in the Studio, so you simply choose which book we are finishing — a Sprint book, a Message-to-Book Lab book, any book in your Studio, or a brand-new one. No Sprint needed.
I haven’t written anything yet. Is this for me?
Yes, if you carry the message. Most authors begin with sermons, teaching notes or a half-finished draft. Choose “Start a new book” when you join: we write it with you in the Studio, then take it all the way to print.
When are the live Labs?
Weekly, at a regular evening time (UK). The current time is shared when you join.
