Growth — how much it does on its own, and how it decides what matters today

The three operating modes, one brief shared by every route to market, the people you already know, and how Today works out what is closest to revenue.

Automatic, Guided and Advanced are not three products. They are three settings on the same Growth campaign, chosen on the campaign's Overview.

  • Automatic — you set the goal, the destination and which routes to market are allowed. Growth writes the plan and handles the routine setup itself.
  • Guided (the default) — Growth recommends the next move and explains why in plain language. You approve or edit everything.
  • Advanced — everything Guided does, plus the deeper controls: planning assumptions, search criteria, outreach volume, timing and the evidence behind each decision.

No mode weakens a safety rule. In every mode, anything that reaches a real person, publishes, or switches on a route you turned off still waits for you. Growth will only act by itself on low-risk desk work: writing a plan, refreshing context, building a search specification, finding candidates, checking fit, drafting an organic plan, drafting a message, and adjusting outreach pacing within the capacity you already set.

The one exception is contact lookups in Automatic: starting an Automatic campaign gives Growth standing permission to unlock and verify contacts, capped each day at what your healthy mailboxes can send. Guided and Advanced still ask before every lookup. In every mode, first messages still wait for your approval in the Morning desk.
