The Accelerator is a 56-day lane that sits inside the Studio. The promise is narrow on purpose: in eight weeks you will host two workshops on the message you actually carry, and you will leave with the funnel, the assets and the diagnosis to keep filling them. Studio gets you the message. The Accelerator gets you paid clients.
The shape of the lane is the same for everyone. Week one is the Commissioning ritual and the Capital Conversion Gap — we score where capital is leaking and lock the workshop concept that will close that leak. Week two is audience and offer: you build the ICA dossier in The Seer, choose the rung you'll sell from in Offer Architect, and book the date for workshop #1 on Day 28. Weeks three to four are the production sprint and the ten-day promo runway — Pages, Messenger, Broadcaster and Stage all run in parallel, orchestrated by the Workshop Director, with AI Workshop Review checking the deck, the page and the pitch before you go live. Day 28 you deliver workshop #1.
Week five is the Debrief. You don't move forward until the post-workshop diagnosis is done and the follow-up sequence is sending. Week six is the retune — the offer and the deck are rebuilt on the real signal from workshop #1, not on guesses. Week seven is the second promo runway. Days 50–56 you deliver workshop #2 and graduate with a ninety-day plan written by The Strategist.
Three tools only exist inside the Accelerator: the Workshop Director (your ten-day promo runway, day-by-day), the AI Workshop Review (instant verdict on deck, page, offer, pitch), and The Debrief (post-workshop diagnosis that seeds the next workshop). They're locked for Studio members on purpose — the lane is what makes them work, not the tools on their own.
Pricing is one decision — pay in full or split it across two payments. See the Accelerator sales page for the current numbers; the lane itself runs the same either way. On Day 56 the Accelerator graduates you onto a rolling monthly membership that keeps Director, Review and Debrief unlocked, plus the elevated project caps. Cancel anytime. There's a soft reminder on Day 49 and a final reminder on Day 53 so the rollover is never a surprise.
