The Accelerator — the 8-week guided program

The paid 8-week container where the Studio, weekly coaching calls, two workshops, accountability checks, and a committed outcome combine to ship something real by week 8 — then rolls into a monthly membership.

The Accelerator is the paid 8-week program (then rolling monthly membership). Joining gives you:

  • Full Studio access (every tool, no gating)
  • A weekly live group coaching call
  • Two live workshops you host inside the lane (Day 28 and Day 56)
  • Weekly accountability checks (delivered by the Shepherd and a real human coach pair)
  • A defined, committed outcome you set at intake — paid clients from a workshop you host — and walk out the other side holding it

Weeks 1–2 lock message, ICA, offer, and workshop date. Weeks 3–4 are the production sprint + 10-day promo runway into Workshop #1 on Day 28. Weeks 5–7 are debrief, retune, and the second promo runway. Week 8 is Workshop #2 and graduation onto a rolling $197/mo membership.

The Accelerator is not "access to a course." It's a high-touch container. The accountability and the live coaching are roughly half the reason it works — the Studio alone is powerful but optional; the cohort makes it inevitable.
