The Action Desk is the Studio's command line for unfinished work. Every tool quietly reports back: this draft is sitting at 80%, that sermon hasn't been repurposed, this lead came in three days ago and you haven't replied, this episode is published but the email blast wasn't sent. The Desk surfaces all of it in one prioritised inbox.
Each row tells you four things:
- What it is (the unfinished thing)
- Where it lives (which tool, which project)
- How long it's been waiting
- A one-click jump to the exact place to act on it
Rows are sorted by consequence-if-ignored, not by chronology. A lead that's been sitting two days outranks a draft from this morning, because lapsed leads compound silently.
The Desk replaces the mental load of remembering every loose end across every tool. If it's not on the Desk, you don't have to hold it in your head.
