Allies is your relationship OS. Point it at your locked ICA and Golden Thread, optionally add context (geography, season of life, denomination, niche), and it returns five real, current partners — not a generic list of "thought leaders."
For each ally you get:
- Who they are and what they do today (with citations, not hallucinations)
- Why their audience genuinely overlaps with yours
- A contact path that actually works (DM handle, public email, contact page)
- A pre-drafted, personalised outreach written in your Voice DNA — not a templated "love your work, want to swap audiences" cold pitch
You can save partners, track outreach status, and set an intent per contact so every downstream draft is tuned to the ask:
- Relationship (default) — warm intros, reciprocity, long-game friendship. Voice-DNA outreach, no commercial ask.
- Promoter — they'll promote a specific offer for a commission. Unlocks the full swipe pack (short/long email, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, talking points, partner brief, CTA with affiliate-link placeholder), commission recommendation, and onboarding pack.
- Collaborator — joint content, guest teaching, co-hosted workshop. Unlocks a co-creation brief.
Every contact — no matter which intent — flows through the same pipeline: Shortlist → Warming → Conversing → Partnered, with overdue follow-up alerts and a per-contact inbox.
Note (Jul 2026): The old Envoy tool has been merged into Allies as the "Promoter" intent. Any partners you added in Envoy are already here — filter the board by intent = Promoter to see them.
