The Debrief — the post-workshop diagnosis that actually changes the next one

Diagnoses pre-promo, live delivery, post-workshop and funnel from your real numbers and transcript, and ranks the fixes that matter.

Most people skip the debrief. They run a workshop, feel something about how it went, then start the next one carrying the same invisible mistakes. The Debrief exists to break that pattern. As soon as a workshop is over, you paste the numbers (registrations, show-ups, who stayed to the pitch, offers made, conversions, revenue), drop in the transcript, the chat log, the Q&A log, and the pitch script — and Debrief diagnoses the entire arc.

It diagnoses four phases separately and refuses to blur them. Pre-workshop is graded against your Pages copy, your Messenger sequence and your Director runway — was the right person actually in the room? Live delivery is graded against Message-to-Market, S.E.L.L.S., your Voice DNA and the energy curve of the transcript — did the Impact Moment land, did the pitch arc earn the ask? Post-workshop is graded against your follow-up sequence and the page the audience hit next. And the funnel as a whole is re-scored against CCG using actual numbers, not the assumptions you started with.

You don't get a wall of analysis. You get a verdict and a ranked action plan: five to seven fixes, ordered by expected lift, each one tagged with the phase it belongs to and the Studio tool that should execute it. That plan is the brief that seeds Workshop Director for your next workshop, which is how the Accelerator compounds — workshop #2 is engineered on the real signal from workshop #1, not on guesses.

If a workshop bombed, Debrief will tell you why. If a workshop sold well, Debrief will tell you why and which one thing would have made it sell more. Run it within 24 hours of going live, while the room is still warm in your memory.
