Growth Coach is an admin-only weekly report at Admin → Growth Coach. It pulls together your ad spend, funnel conversion, workshop P&L, and email performance for a chosen window (default 7 days) and produces a ranked list of verdicts — the specific things to fix, in order.
For each verdict it can also generate:
- Ad rewrites — a new hook + body for underperforming campaigns, with the problem named
- Pricing simulations — current price → suggested price, with the rationale
- Workshop P&L — registrations, show-up rate, sales, ROAS, and profit per workshop
- Email template performance — sent / open rate / click rate per template
- Week-over-week deltas on every key metric
