The Projects Hub is where every initiative you run lives as its own clean workspace. A church plant, a coaching practice, a forthcoming book, a podcast, a separate ministry brand — each gets its own Project with its own locked message, ICA dossier, Voice DNA profile, brand pack, asset library, and tool history.
This matters because most creators run two or three initiatives that overlap in person but should not overlap in voice, audience, or assets. The Sunday sermon and the coaching practice serve different ICAs, sell different offers, and need different language. Without Projects, every tool gets confused about who you are this hour.
Each Project provides:
- Its own dashboard and Action Desk
- Its own KB context for the Shepherd (citations come back tuned to this Project)
- Its own version history per tool
- Its own publishing targets (subdomains, custom domains, sequencer reply-to)
- One-click switching from the topbar
Project membership also gates collaboration — VAs, coaches, or co-founders can be invited to one Project without seeing the others.
