- 10-section ICA dossier — demographics, day-in-the-life, psychographics, faith posture, beliefs they've inherited, beliefs you'll need to challenge, vocabulary they use, vocabulary they avoid
- 8 intimacy dimensions — what they're afraid of, what they hope for, what they're praying about, who they trust, what's already failed them, etc.
- Buyer-type profile — how they decide to buy, what proof they need, what objections come up, price sensitivity
