The Workshop Director is the orchestration layer of the Accelerator. You give it three things — the workshop title, the date you've set, and a target number of registrations — and it builds the full ten-day promo runway as a day-by-day plan.
It is not another content tool. It does not write the deck for you and it does not send the emails. What it does is turn the runway into a sequence of dated tasks, each one routed to the Studio tool that should actually do the work. Reg page copy is a Pages task. The opening email is a Messenger task. The Tuesday audio teaser is a Broadcaster task. The pitch rehearsal is a Stage task. Director simply makes sure each one is queued for the right day, with a brief that points back to the workshop's promise.
Inside the page you'll see a live countdown, a checklist for each day, and a separate T-0 live ops list for workshop day itself — the door-open checks, the chat moderation note, the moment to drop the offer link. As you tick tasks off, Director knows which days are clean and which still have unfinished work, so on the morning of any given day you can see at a glance where the runway is healthy and where it's slipping.
If you change the workshop date, rebuild the runway and Director re-dates everything from the new T-0. If you run more than one workshop in the Accelerator (you'll run two), each gets its own runway, and the Debrief from workshop #1 feeds the brief that Director uses to seed workshop #2. That's the loop the Accelerator is built around: plan, run, debrief, plan again — better.
