The Niche — lock the ground every tool builds on

A short, structured inventory of your niche sentence, who/what/transformation, named incumbents and frameworks, scripture anchors, and source links. The single source of truth every tool reads first — confirm it once and the Studio stops guessing.

The Niche is a short, structured inventory — not a generator. You fill in (or dictate) the basics that ground every other tool:

  • Niche sentence — the one-line description of your lane
  • Who / What / Transformation — who you serve, what you do for them, what changes
  • Named incumbents — the people/brands already serving this space, so the Studio doesn't accidentally copy them
  • Named frameworks — models you (or others) already use, so the Studio knows what to build on or avoid
  • Scripture anchors — verses already grounding your work
  • Forbidden claims / frameworks — things you will not say or copy
  • Source URLs — links to your existing site, socials, or content; the Niche page can scrape these to pre-fill suggestions

Confirm ("lock") it once per project. Locking doesn't generate anything new — it just freezes this inventory so downstream tools stop asking you to re-explain who you are.

For the deep, AI-generated audience profile (named avatar, their language, hidden desires, objections, buyer type), that's The Seer — Niche is the raw input Seer and other tools draw on, not the dossier itself.
