  • Live niche intelligence (Market Intel / Niche Pulse — refreshed automatically if older than 14 days)

...into one plan with:

  • A north-star — the single outcome the whole plan is optimising for
  • A market read — a 1-2 sentence take on the current niche moment, drawn from Market Intel
  • Pillars — the content themes this cycle rotates through, each with a "why"
  • Campaign blocks — sequential chunks of the horizon, each with an objective (awareness, lead_magnet, nurture, launch, testimonial, retention), a primary offer rung, a KPI, a channel mix (organic social / email / live event / paid %), organic and paid angles, and a budget band
