This Privacy Policy explains how MAXIMUM LIFE COACHING LTD (company number 15973183, registered in England & Wales, London, United Kingdom) — operating as Kingdom Builders Studio (the “Studio”) — collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website, applications, and services (the “Services”). We are the data controller of the personal data described below.
1. Data we collect

- Content data: the sermons, notes, drafts, books, talks, and assets you upload or generate.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device, browser, IP, approximate location.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we receive transaction metadata only.
- Communications: emails, support tickets, and form submissions.
2. How we use your data
- Provide, secure, and improve the Services.
- Process payments, send receipts, and manage subscriptions.

4. AI processing
When you use AI features, the relevant prompts and inputs are sent to our AI providers solely to generate output for you. We do not use your Content to train public AI models. Providers may temporarily process data to deliver the response; their own privacy terms apply.
4a. YouTube data (Message Vault import)
If you connect a YouTube channel you own or manage, we use Google OAuth to access only that channel. With your authorisation we may:
- List your owned/managed channels and their uploaded videos.
- Read selected video metadata (title, description, published date, thumbnail, channel id).
- Where available and permitted by YouTube, retrieve caption/transcript tracks (including auto-generated captions) for videos you select.
- Store imported transcripts inside your private Message Vault so the messages become searchable, askable, and redeployable for you.
We do not upload, publish, modify, or delete videos; we do not post comments; we do not access channels you do not own or manage. Google/YouTube data is never sold and never used for advertising. You can disconnect YouTube at any time from Message Vault → Imports, and you can delete imported content from your Vault at any time. Our use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Sharing & processors
We share data only with vetted processors who help us run the Services, including:
- Hosting & database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase).
- Payments (Stripe / Paddle, as configured at checkout).
- Email delivery providers.
- AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) for generative features.
- Analytics & error monitoring tools.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some processors are based outside the UK/EEA. Where they are, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK IDTAs or Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention
We keep your account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see your rights below).
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security, and regular backups. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the Services and, where you consent, analytics or marketing cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser.
