This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel purchases made from Kingdom Builders Studio, operated by MAXIMUM LIFE COACHING LTD (England & Wales, Co. № 15973183). By purchasing any paid product or program you acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable, except where non-waivable statutory rights apply (see section 5).
1. Free workshops & diagnostics
Many of our workshops and diagnostic tools are free. No payment is taken and there is nothing to cancel. You can leave or unsubscribe at any time.
2. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide refunds or pro-rata credit for unused time on a billing period that has already started, including after a renewal charge.
3. Cohort programs, accelerators & 1:1 coaching
Paid live programs (including the Accelerator and any cohort or 1:1 coaching engagement) are non-refundable. By enrolling you commit to the full fee, and any payment plan remains due in full, because seats, coaching capacity, and materials are committed to you at enrolment. We do not offer refunds for missed sessions, change of mind, lack of results, or failure to use the program.
4. Digital products & one-off purchases
Templates, downloads, course access, and other digital goods are delivered immediately and are non-refundable. By purchasing you agree that the digital content is provided as soon as you complete checkout and you expressly waive any right of withdrawal once delivery begins, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Non-waivable statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived by contract. If you believe such a right applies to your purchase, contact us at uche@ucheokere.com with your order reference and we will respond.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated. Chargebacks raised on non-refundable purchases will be contested.
7. Faulty or undelivered products
If something you bought is materially faulty, not as described, or you did not receive what you paid for, contact us and we will repair, replace, or otherwise remedy the issue in line with applicable consumer law.
