Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel purchases made fromKingdom Builders Studio. By purchasing any paid product or program you acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable, except where the Book Sprint Completion Guarantee below or non-waivable statutory rights apply (see section 5).

1. Free workshops & diagnostics

Many of our workshops and diagnostic tools are free. No payment is taken and there is nothing to cancel. You can leave or unsubscribe at any time.

2. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide refunds or pro-rata credit for unused time on a billing period that has already started, including after a renewal charge.

3. Cohort programs, accelerators & 1:1 coaching

Paid live programs (including the Accelerator and any cohort or 1:1 coaching engagement) are non-refundable. By enrolling you commit to the full fee, and any payment plan remains due in full, because seats, coaching capacity, and materials are committed to you at enrolment. We do not offer refunds for missed sessions, change of mind, lack of results, or failure to use the program.

Book Sprint Completion Guarantee

The Book Sprint aims to help a prepared participant complete and export a substantive first draft through the three-day guided production pathway. The published seven-day finishing and recovery window is part of this process. This guarantee is an exception to the general non-refundable cohort policy above.

A qualifying claim concerns a documented system failure, export failure or product defect that prevents an exportable first draft despite completion of the required participant steps and use of the available recovery process. It covers the Sprint ticket fee actually paid, including any discount. It is not an automatic refund simply because the live third session has ended.

• Complete the Foundation readiness requirements or an authorised Rescue outcome, and stay within your approved Sprint pathway.
• Complete the required live attendance or recorded make-up requirements, approve your plan and personally accept the first generated unit.
• Make the required drafting attempts and respond to relevant recovery instructions or support interventions.
• Submit your claim through Sprint Help or email uche@ucheokere.com with your purchase reference before your cohort’s published access-closing time. For the October 2026 Sprint, this is 7 November 2026 at 9:30 pm UK.

We review the claim against the saved participation, generation, recovery and export evidence and communicate an authorised decision. Approved claims refund the Sprint fee actually paid. An incomplete or unclear evidence record requires individual review. A successful complete first-draft export, non-participation, a change of mind, dissatisfaction with style alone, or a request for editing, design, printing or publication does not qualify under this operational guarantee. Independent statutory rights remain unaffected.

A complete first draft means every unit in the approved plan has substantive draft content and a successful matching Word export exists. Target word count is measured separately. Giving a testimonial or positive feedback is never a condition of a refund.

4. Digital products & one-off purchases

Templates, downloads, course access, and other digital goods are delivered immediately and are non-refundable. By purchasing you agree that the digital content is provided as soon as you complete checkout and you expressly waive any right of withdrawal once delivery begins, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Non-waivable statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived by contract. If you believe such a right applies to your purchase, contact us at uche@ucheokere.com with your order reference and we will respond.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated. Chargebacks raised on non-refundable purchases will be contested.

7. Faulty or undelivered products

If something you bought is materially faulty, not as described, or you did not receive what you paid for, contact us and we will repair, replace, or otherwise remedy the issue in line with applicable consumer law.
